Destiny 2: Forsaken takes place sometime after the events of the base game. You and Cayde-6 fly to the Prison of Elders to help an old friend, Petra Venj, put down a prison riot, but the trio quickly learns that the riot was orchestrated to cover up the breakout of eight Scorn barons. Rescued by the long-missing Prince Uldren Sov, the nine successfully escape the prison, but not before killing Cayde-6. Fleeing into the Reef, you pursue them to exact your revenge.
Probably the most difficult thing about Savathun’s Song is the instant unexpected kills that occur without players even having time to react to what is going on onscreen. During this strike, one has to be precise and quick on the draw if they are to make it past all the Ogres and Shriekers that inhabit this level. For most players, reacting is something that has become second nature. It is this quickness without the need for deliberation that helps them surpass their previous high marks and allows them to overcome any and all difficulties taking place in-game. Those not quick on the trigger will find Exodus Crash to be exceedingly hard to surpass due to the frantic nature of the strike with its exploding enemies and its quick but ferocious boss fight. Like previous seasons, players receive and seasonal from the Vanguard, Crucible, and Gambit vendors. Each of these quests Fighting in Style, City Defender, and Free advertising award a shader and emblem after it’s completion. Grand-Master level strikes are the current final step in Vanguard activities and were added to the game with a corresponding seal in the triumphs section. Earn the Conqueror Seal by completing the Insight Terminus, Exodus Crash, The Arms Dealer, Warden of Nothing, Broodhold, Tree of Possibilities, on Grand-Master difficulty. Unfortunately, there were no pinnacle/ritual weapons offered to players for each of these playlists this season, but previous weapons are still attainable through their given quests. “The Lie” quest has also landed, so make sure players complete it to receive Felwinter’s shot
The Arms Dealer is one of the more straightforward strikes in the video game . Have your team find their way into a Red Legion ship and take out Braccus Zann. Sounds easy enough? Well, for the most part, it is quite easy, especially when compared to other strikes in the game. Players never really feel overwhelmed with enemies in this strike nor does precise teamwork matter in overcoming all obstacles presented. Not to mention that this is one of the easiest boss fights in the game, making this a strike that few should find difficult making their way thro
This is an easy one but an important first step. Due to all the change that has come with Forsaken getting one’s bearings on what all has changed with menus and inventory will be the most important. There are now Triumphs to be tracked, Collections to be had and an assortment of other things that are all around different. The Cryptarch can now break down Shaders in quantities of five; all those Shaders going to no use? Head over to Rhaul and he’ll be happy to get rid of them quickly as you can hit a button over and over (took me less than five minutes to get ride of most of my useless Shaders). Players returning might also notice that all of the modifications are null and void. This is due to the entirely revamped modification system, so might as well delete those too. Don’t freak out seeing that light level of certain items has gone down, this is just the modifications being useless and one’s Light Level going up will quickly fix this.

With Season 10 winding down, players can obtain the remaining tiers in the season pass by purchasing them with silver. If players are more than halfway through or encroaching upon the end, throwing away a couple of silver can finish up the pass quickly and obtain the remaining rewards without any more grinding for fast EXP. The latter half of the season pass includes ornaments for both the Exotic weapon Tommy’s Matchbook as well as the Seventh Seraph armor sets, shotgun, and smg.
